At Nook And Blend, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth, transparent shopping experience.


Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time


Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.


Estimated Delivery Times


  • United States: 5–15 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days


Tracking Information


A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.


Multiple Shipments


If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to speed delivery.


Delays


Delivery times are estimates. Holidays, customs checks, or carrier issues may cause delays outside our control.


Incorrect Addresses


Please double-check your shipping address. Nook And Blend is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to customer error.


Customs & Import Duties


International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.


Lost or Stolen Packages


If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, contact your local carrier first. While Nook And Blend is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to assist you.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

 

We want you to love your purchase. If something goes wrong, here’s how we handle it:


Eligible for Refund, Replacement, or Reshipment


  • Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (photo or video proof required).
  • Your order has not arrived within 45 days (or 60 days for international orders outside the US/Europe).
  • Your order is marked as destroyed in transit or returned to sender through no fault of your own.


Return Requests


  • Contact us using our Contact Us page.


  • Requests must be made within 15 days of the delivery date. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items


  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, wrong size, personal preference).
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.


Refunds


  • We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • For low-cost items, we may suggest a partial refund or replacement rather than a return to speed up resolution.


Restocking & Return Costs


  • For non-defective returns, a restocking/repackaging fee of up to 35% of the order value may apply, along with return shipping costs.
  • For defective/damaged returns, Nook And Blend will cover return shipping when necessary.
